Join us for an insightful workshop where we'll explore the pivotal role that collective data plays in shaping the future of our city's youth programs. As we work together to enhance program quality, it's crucial to understand how shared data can serve as a powerful tool to advocate for increased funding and resources for after-school programs across our city, state, and nation.
In this workshop, we will:
Understand the Importance of Collective Data: Learn why unified data collection and analysis are essential for making a compelling case to funders and stakeholders.
Assess and Improve Your Data Collection: Discover what types of data are currently being used to tell your organization's story and identify gaps where additional data could enhance your reports.
Collaborate as an Ecosystem: Engage in discussions about how we, as a collective ecosystem, can best use shared data to drive impact and change in our communities.
Whether you're looking to strengthen your data reporting or seeking ways to contribute to a broader narrative, this workshop will provide the tools and insights needed to leverage data for greater advocacy and program success.
