Co-Solving in Practice: A Protocol for Problem-Solving Together

12/01/2025 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM ET
Virtual Professional Development
Location: Virtual
Do you ever face dilemmas that feel too complex to solve on your own? Maybe you bring your team together, have a long conversation, and still walk away without a real path forward. This workshop introduces the Problem of Practice protocol, a structured approach that helps teams look closely at a challenge and move toward solutions with clarity and purpose. Participants will learn how to use focused questions, collaborative thinking, and intentional reflection to push past circular conversations. You will practice the full protocol and leave with strategies you can bring back to your team to strengthen problem solving in your program.
This event is virtual, free, and open to all youth development professionals and community members.
