This workshop introduces the Problem of Practice protocol, a structured approach that helps teams look closely at a challenge and move toward solutions with clarity and purpose. Participants will learn how to use focused questions, collaborative thinking, and intentional reflection to push past circular conversations. You will practice the full protocol and leave with strategies you can bring back to your team to strengthen problem-solving in your program.
